Karly Hlynialuk (1998) is an Canadian interdisciplinary artist from London, Ontario. She is now based in Montreal, Quebec (Tiohtià:ke) and graduated with an undergrad in Fine Arts at Concordia University in the spring of 2023. Hlynialuk’s current research seeks to unpack trauma bonded to the physical space of the home. Her most recent research, funded by Concordia University, The Performativity of Care in the Domestic (2022-) combines digital imagery, sculptural installation and performance, working with personal landscapes, and materialized memories of the childhood home and the objects it contains.
